    A Net Loan Monitoring Platform for University Students Based on Visual Micro-blog

    In order to prevent college students from tragic events, which mostly result from falling into illegal net loan, a net loan risk monitoring platform of college students was established based on the microblog visualization. Based on the calculation model of risk degree (CMRD) and the calculation model of relational closeness (CMRC), a visual system, a user relationship analysis system and an early warning system were constructed on the platform. Through the CMRD, the risk degree of micro-blog net loan contents can be worked out to decide whether warning behaviors are necessary. Through the CMRC, the closeness of net loan bloggers with users can be obtained a propagation map. The key nodes can be cut off by internet security officers in time, which can prevent further propagation of the contents of the microblog net loan. The platform can effectively alleviate the tense situation of college students and illegal online loans

    Microglia: The breakthrough to treat neovascularization and repair blood-retinal barrier in retinopathy

    Microglia are the primary resident retinal macrophages that monitor neuronal activity in real-time and facilitate angiogenesis during retinal development. In certain retinal diseases, the activated microglia promote retinal angiogenesis in hypoxia stress through neurovascular coupling and guide neovascularization to avascular areas (e.g., the outer nuclear layer and macula lutea). Furthermore, continuously activated microglia secrete inflammatory factors and expedite the loss of the blood-retinal barrier which causes irreversible damage to the secondary death of neurons. In this review, we support microglia can be a potential cellular therapeutic target in retinopathy. We briefly describe the relevance of microglia to the retinal vasculature and blood-retinal barrier. Then we discuss the signaling pathway related to how microglia move to their destinations and regulate vascular regeneration. We summarize the properties of microglia in different retinal disease models and propose that reducing the number of pro-inflammatory microglial death and conversing microglial phenotypes from pro-inflammatory to anti-inflammatory are feasible for treating retinal neovascularization and the damaged blood-retinal barrier (BRB). Finally, we suppose that the unique properties of microglia may aid in the vascularization of retinal organoids

    The association between fibrinogen levels and severity of coronary artery disease and long-term prognosis following percutaneous coronary intervention in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

    BackgroundFibrinogen is a potential risk factor for the prognosis of CAD and is associated with the complexity of CAD. There is limited research specifically investigating the predictive role of fibrinogen in determining the severity of CAD among patients with T2DM, as well as its impact on the prognosis following PCI.MethodsThe study included 675 T2DM patients who underwent PCI at the Third People’s Hospital of Chengdu between April 27, 2018, and February 5, 2021, with 540 of them remaining after exclusions. The complexity of CAD was assessed using the SYNTAX score. The primary endpoint of the study was the incidence of MACCEs.ResultsAfter adjusting for multiple confounding factors, fibrinogen remained a significant independent risk factor for mid/high SYNTAX scores (SYNTAX score > 22, OR 1.184, 95% CI 1.022-1.373, P = 0.025). Additionally, a dose-response relationship between fibrinogen and the risk of complicated CAD was observed (SYNTAX score > 22; nonlinear P = 0.0043). The area under the receiver operating characteristic curve(AUROC) of fibrinogen for predicting mid/high SYNTAX score was 0.610 (95% CI 0.567–0.651, P = 0.0002). The high fibrinogen group (fibrinogen > 3.79 g/L) had a higher incidence of calcified lesions and an elevated trend of more multivessel disease and chronic total occlusion. A total of 116 patients (21.5%) experienced MACCEs during the median follow-up time of 18.5 months. After adjustment, multivariate Cox regression analysis confirmed that fibrinogen (HR, 1.138; 95% CI 1.010-1.284, P = 0.034) remained a significant independent risk factor for MACCEs. The AUROC of fibrinogen for predicting MACCEs was 0.609 (95% CI 0.566-0.650, P = 0.0002). Individuals with high fibrinogen levels (fibrinogen > 4.28 g/L) had a higher incidence of acute myocardial infarction (P < 0.001), MACCEs (P < 0.001), all-cause death (P < 0.001), stroke (P = 0.030), and cardiac death (P = 0.002). Kaplan-Meier analysis revealed a higher incidence of MACCEs in the high fibrinogen group (Log-Rank test: P < 0.001).ConclusionsElevated fibrinogen levels were associated with increased coronary anatomical complexity (as quantified by the SYNTAX score) and a higher incidence of MACCEs after PCI in patients with T2DM

The results come as follows: First of all, the Customers Experience Dimensions are consisted of nine major categories defined as Value Perception Experience, Sensory Experience, Quality Assurance Experience, Parts Experience, Purchase Experience, Service Experience, Brand Comparison Experience, Compensating Experience, Brand Reliance Experience respectively. Secondly, we put these nine major categories above all to compare the conclusions with the previous research, then we analyzed and integrated them, and finally obtained seven major categories containing Purchasing Website, Product Rendering, Delivery Experience, Transaction Convenience, Safety and Security, Brand Reliance, Marketing Communications respectively. In addition, we have conducted a further investigation to draw three types about the Customer Experience named Function Experience, Purchasing and Service Experience, and Brand Experience. Last but not the least, this paper has definitely provided the basis theory of how does the Customer Experience affect the Brand Loyalty for future research, as well as guided a definite orientation

    A sensitive magnetic nanoparticle-based immunoassay of phosphorylated acetylcholinesterase using protein cage templated lead phosphate for signal amplification with graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry detection

    We developed a new magnetic nanoparticle sandwich-like immunoassay using protein cage nanoparticles (PCN) for signal amplification together with graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry (GFAAS) for the quantification of an organophosphorylated acetylcholinesterase adduct (OP-AChE), the biomarker of exposure to organophosphate pesticides (OPs) and nerve agents. OP-AChE adducts were firstly captured by titanium dioxide coated magnetic nanoparticles (TiO2-MNPs) from the sample matrixes through metal chelation with phospho-moieties, and then selectively recognized by anti-AChE antibody labeled on PCN which was packed with lead phosphate in its cavity (PCN-anti-AChE). The sandwich-like immunoreaction was performed among TiO2-MNPs, OP-AChE and PCN-anti-AChE to form a TiO2-MNP/OP-AChE/PCN-anti-AChE immunocomplex. The complex could be easily isolated from the sample solution with the help of magnet, and the released lead ions from PCN were detected by GFAAS for the quantification of OP-AChE. Greatly enhanced sensitivity was achieved because PCN increased the amount of metal ions in the cavity of each apoferritin. The proposed immunoassay yielded a linear response over a broad range of OP-AChE concentrations from 0.01 nM to 2 nM, with a detection limit of 2 pM, which has enough sensitivity for monitoring of low-dose exposure to OPs. This new method showed an acceptable stability and reproducibility and was validated with OP-AChE spiked human plasma

    The protein absent in melanoma 1 (AIM1) is a member of the βγ-crystal lens superfamily that is associated with the development of multiple cancers. The binding of AIM1 to β-actin affects the migration and invasion of prostate cancer epithelial cells. The C-terminus of AIM1 is required for the β-actin interaction. However, the characteristics of AIM1 in vitro and the interaction mode between AIM1 and β-actin remain unknown. We describe novel methods to prepare pure recombinant AIM1 and identify possible binding modes between AIM1 and β-actin; we also obtain the crystal of the first two βγ-crystallin domains of AIM1 (g1g2) for future structural biology research. We first express and purify AIM1 after cloning the sequence into a modified pET-28a_psp expression vector. Next, we define the minimum unit formed by the βγ-crystallin domain repeats that bound to β-actin and perform its physiological function. Finally, we made the structural model of the AIM1 g1g2 that can be used to guide future biomedical investigations and prostate cancer research
